DIFFICULT MORAL QUESTIONS: When Pope St. John Paul II authoritatively condemned abortion in 1995, he used a form similar to formulas used in earlier infallible declarations.
COMMENTARY: Scripture, sacred Tradition and our Catechism all agree: Sexual activity must be confined to a lawfully married husband and wife.

Thank God for the voice of the Catholic Church, then as now affirming truth and speaking with sanity.
